We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Operations to oversee and enhance the daily operational functions of our shopping mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, services, and staff while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including facilities, maintenance, and staff management.
- Manage building systems (electrical, HVAC, escalators) and address tenant concerns.
- Ensure compliance with mall policies and maintain a safe, clean, and operational environment.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure visitor and tenant safety.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, optimize operational costs, and manage financial processes.
- Supervise operational teams (security, maintenance, janitorial) and facilitate training.
- Coordinate with marketing on events and promotions to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure timely recovery of rents and service charges, maintaining accurate rental records.
- Lead promotional campaigns, aligning marketing initiatives with sales activities.
