Description:

Dawood Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a General Manager for its Plant situated in HUB Chowki, with a primary focus on Operations, while considering various aspects beyond, and placing emphasis on compliance.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and enforce robust safety policies for regulatory compliance.

· Instill a safety-first culture throughout plant operations.

· Lead efficient, high-quality plant operations.

· Implement Lean manufacturing principles for process optimization.

· Recruit, mentor, and lead a safety-conscious workforce.

· Cultivate a positive work environment, emphasizing health and safety practices.

· Stay current with industry regulations and best practices.

· Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to address compliance proactively.

· Manage the plant budget for cost-effective operations.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial success.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering; Master's degree preferred.

· 10+ years of plant management with a focus on health and safety.

· Strong knowledge of regulations, best practices, and Lean manufacturing.

· Leadership experience in a safety-conscious environment.
