General Manager

Description:

Weaver Bird Group is looking for a highly skilled General Manager (Civil Works) to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. This role involves budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and coordination with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and leadership skills to guide teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of building and infrastructure projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate between contractors, vendors, designers, and clients for seamless project execution.

• Review and interpret MEP, structural, architectural, and infrastructure drawings.

• Utilize industry-specific software such as MS Project and Primavera P6 for project planning and management.

• Lead teams through complex construction challenges, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the civil works department.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (P.E.C Registration required).

• Project Management certification is a plus.

• Extensive knowledge of MEP, structural, architectural, and infrastructure drawings.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 7 years as Head of Department.

• Proficiency in industry-specific software like MS Project and Primavera P6.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Rs 350000

• Company Vehicle: 1300cc with fuel allowance
