Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term growth objectives in the IT sector.

  • Business Growth:
  • Identify emerging opportunities in IT markets and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Expand the company’s portfolio of IT services, including software development, cloud solutions, and digital transformation projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through new and existing IT projects.
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for profitability.
  • Set clear revenue targets and ensure accountability across all teams.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the delivery of IT projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Optimize workflows, project management practices, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security protocols, and client requirements.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and inspire a team of software developers, project managers, and IT specialists.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in the IT industry, with a focus on business development and operational management.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing large-scale IT projects.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development, and digital transformation trends.
