Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the optimal functionality and data integrity of the company's CRM system.
- Configure and customize system settings to meet user needs and align with business requirements.
- Create and manage user profiles, ensuring appropriate access permissions.
- Generate reports and analyze data to gain insights into client behavior and trends.
- Provide ongoing training and support to users on CRM functionalities.
- Offer prompt and courteous technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues related to the trading platform, account management, and other functionalities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and deliver clear solutions.
- Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team members.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Stay up-to-date with company products and services.
- Regularly review and improve CRM practices and processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a CRM administrator or in a similar role.
- Prior experience in the CFDs/FX/iGaming or a similar sector is essential.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with a leading CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles.
- Solid understanding of computers and basic troubleshooting techniques.
