Fundraising Officer

Description:

The Fundraising Officer is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission and goals. This includes identifying and cultivating potential donors, and managing fundraising events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fundraising, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for making a difference.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate potential donors
• Organize and manage fundraising events
• Assist in fundraising for International Water Conference
• Build and maintain relationships with donors
• Keep track of fundraising progress
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in fundraising, nonprofit management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in fundraising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference
