Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage funds for various development and renovation projects.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.

- Work closely with the project management team to monitor cash flow, project expenses, and profitability.

- Handle transactions, track financial performance, and ensure compliance with company financial policies.

- Develop financial strategies and risk management approaches for upcoming projects.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA/CA finalist preferred).

- Minimum 1 years of experience in fund management, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Experience in managing financial risks and investment strategies.

- Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
