Full Stack Technical Manager

Millennium Nexus, a division of Beyond Apps Group, is seeking an experienced Full Stack, Hands-on Technical Manager (MERN) to lead our development team in building cutting-edge software solutions. Our company specializes in AI, Image Processing, VR, Machine Learning, Multi-Camera Live Streaming, and more, providing world-class products in broadcasting, content creation, real estate, and yacht management.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who can code, supervise teams, and manage product releases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Work with management to define tasks, product requirements, and release schedules.
✔ Lead the team through sprint planning, development, testing, and product deployment.
✔ Participate in agile/scrum software development, prototyping, and code reviews.
✔ Develop and maintain scalable web-based applications using the MERN stack.
✔ Implement modern, responsive UI using Next.js, React.js, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
✔ Conduct unit, end-to-end (e2e), and performance testing for scalability and reliability.
✔ Analyze product requirements and create detailed plans for task execution and release schedules.
✔ Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline setup and AWS-based deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

📌 6-8 years of experience in full-stack/backend development and server-side applications.
📌 Proven experience in scalable web applications and complex software development.
📌 Expertise in MERN stack, React.js, Next.js, and associated ecosystems.
📌 Strong knowledge of MongoDB, NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
📌 Familiarity with React Native is a plus.
📌 Understanding of RESTful web services & API development.
📌 Experience with Docker, authentication systems, live streaming, and VOD is a plus.
📌 Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
