Full Stack Mid-level Web Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Web Developer & Designer with expertise in React, Next.js, Three.js, PHP Laravel, and GSAP to develop an interactive and animation-rich website. This role requires strong frontend and backend integration skills along with a passion for high-performance, visually stunning web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Develop high-performance, visually appealing websites with interactive animations.
🎨 Implement Three.js and GSAP for smooth 3D/scroll-based animations.
⚡ Optimize for fast loading speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
🛠 Integrate a custom CMS (Strapi, Node.js, PHP Laravel, Django) for content management.
🌍 Ensure cross-browser compatibility and a seamless user experience.
👨‍🎨 Collaborate with designers to bring UI/UX concepts to life.
🔧 Maintain and troubleshoot performance issues.

Required Skills & Technologies:

✅ Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS, SCSS
✅ Animation & 3D: Three.js, GSAP, Framer Motion
✅ Backend/CMS: Strapi, Node.js, PHP Laravel, Django (preferred but optional)
✅ Performance Optimization: Lazy loading, caching, and responsive design
✅ UI/UX Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD (a plus)
✅ Portfolio of interactive/animation-rich websites (Must-have)

Preferred Qualifications:

📌 8+ years of experience in web development.
