Beyond Apps Group is urgently hiring a Full Stack Laravel & Vue.js Team Lead to drive agile development teams, manage sprints, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable web applications. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for an experienced developer with a strong technical foundation in Laravel and Vue.js.

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in building and maintaining scalable web applications using Laravel & Vue.js.
🛠 Backend Development: Design and optimize RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side applications using Laravel (PHP).
🎨 Frontend Development: Implement modern UI/UX solutions using Vue.js, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
📅 Agile Project Management: Manage sprints, code reviews, and development cycles, ensuring timely project delivery.
🔧 Code Quality & Optimization: Maintain clean, scalable, and secure code, following best practices and modern design patterns.
🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to enhance user experience and system performance.
📈 Continuous Improvement: Research and integrate new technologies to improve development processes and software performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Experience: 6-8+ years in Laravel, PHP, Vue.js, and JavaScript development.
✅ Backend Expertise: Strong command of Laravel framework, REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and authentication systems.
✅ Frontend Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and responsive UI frameworks.
✅ Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead teams, manage agile workflows, and oversee project delivery.
✅ DevOps & Deployment: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud-based deployments (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) is a plus.
✅ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on performance and security.
