This role is specifically for candidates who are proficient with these technologies and have experience in developing AI-powered web applications.
Your Role:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:
- Work extensively with Next.js, tRPC and databases like Mongodb to develop and maintain scalable web applications.
- Leverage your expertise in LangChain.js, LLM integration, and RAG workflows to implement AI features and optimize platform performance.
- Build and enhance APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance and security.
- Understand the existing codebase, contribute to its enhancement, and maintain clean documentation for future scalability.
- Stay flexible and open to learning new technologies as the project evolves. For example, we might transition parts of the backend from tRPC to a Python-based backend or adopt newer tools and frameworks in the rapidly evolving AI space.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative AI-driven solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate must have:
- 2–3 years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Strong proficiency with Next.js and tRPC.
- Practical experience with LangChain.js and knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG workflows.
- Practical experience with different types of databases like Vector Databases, SQL and No-SQL Databases.
- A solid understanding of modern AI frameworks and how they can be leveraged for real-world applications.
- A demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and paradigms. The AI and tech space evolves rapidly, and we need someone who is comfortable with change and eager to stay ahead of the curve.
- Familiarity with building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Nice to have: Experience with Python for AI or backend-related tasks.
- A proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
