Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a senior backend PHP (Laravel) developer to join our growing and talented engineering team to help us build the future of AMI Digital. As a Software Engineer at AMI Digital, you will create frontend and backend applications with the scope to upskill your knowledge of modern cloud applications using major cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP. The job entails having a good understanding of project management and leading a team to meet deadlines and productivity goals.

You will quickly be able to make your mark by maintaining and developing our next generation of products and will be given the autonomy and freedom to create the developments how you see fit

What you'll be doing:

● Lead a team to meet deadlines and productivity goals

● Maintaining and developing our next generation of products

● Contributing to the design and implementation of new and existing software

● Performing code assignments and collectively crafting high-quality code

● Contributing to the common codebases and standards for your team

● Reviewing code changes for accuracy, functionality, and risk

● Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring your opinion and experience to the table.

● Break down complex problems into more minor problems that can be picked up by teams to implement

● Mentor team members
