Full Stack Engineer

 

Description:

We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to build and scale our Web3 compliance platform.

You’ll design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless

integration with blockchain protocols and compliance tools. You’ll collaborate closely with product

managers, DevOps teams, and the CTO to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end interfaces (user-facing) and back-end services for compliancefocused applications.

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Integrate blockchain protocols (e.g., smart contracts, decentralized identity systems) into the

platform.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML) through secure coding

practices.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for system interoperability.

Collaborate on system architecture, database design, and DevOps workflows.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across the stack.

Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and security.

Document technical specifications and contribute to product strategy discussions.

Stay updated on Web3 trends, tools, and compliance frameworks.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a portfolio of deployed projects.

• Proven experience with Web3/blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solidity, IPFS).

• Nice to have: Familiarity with compliance standards (KYC, AML) or fintech systems

• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).

• Experience working in agile environments and collaborative tools (Jira, Git).

• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and data encryption.Required Technical Skills:

• Front-End: React.js, Vue.js, or Angular; TypeScript/JavaScript; HTML/CSS.

• Back-End: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java; REST/GraphQL APIs.

• Blockchain: Smart contract development, Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries.

• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Terraform.

• Testing: Jest, Mocha, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with compliance tools (e.g., Chainalysis, Elliptic).

• Knowledge of decentralized identity frameworks (e.g., DID, Verifiable Credentials).

• Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.

• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
