Full Stack Engineer

Description:

Our client, a USA based software house, is establishing its back-office in Karachi and requires on most urgent basis an experienced Full Stack developer to lead their developers’ team as Software Project Manager. He should have hands-on experience on both iOS based mobile applications and web based.

🔶 Requirements:

🔸Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

🔸Minimum 4-5 years of technical experience in software development.

🔸Hands-on experience in iOS development

🔸Expertise with SQL databases

🔸Ability to develop ⁠cross-platform apps

🔸Familiarity with React Native is a must plus

🔸Experience with Full Stack development

🔸Team leading together with setting expectations, deadlines, timelines.

🔷 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and execute project work plans, adapting as needed to meet changing requirements.

🔹 Collaborate with clients and partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

🔹 Identify resource requirements and assign responsibilities to team members.

🔹 Manage day-to-day project operations and scope, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

🔹 Apply project methodology and enforce standards to maintain consistency and efficiency.

🔹 Prepare for engagement reviews and implement quality assurance procedures.

🔹 Minimize project risk and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

🔹 Assist with project administration tasks, such as drafting reports, timelines, and other administrative duties.

🔹 Assist team with project work, such as updating website using CMS, uploading graphics/files/videos, conversion/resizing of videos/photos, content checking, QC, proofreading when needed.

🔹 Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions to enhance project outcomes.

🔹 Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

🔹Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
