Description:

Aironexus Solutions is hiring Fronters and Verifiers for our US Medicare and Final Expense campaigns. This remote role is specifically designed for experienced female candidates, allowing them to work comfortably from home. Candidates with exceptional performance may have the opportunity to advance into Team Lead and Operations Manager roles.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to qualify leads and set appointments (Fronters).

• Verify customer details and confirm appointments (Verifiers).

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with the team to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or outbound sales.

• Familiarity with Medicare or Final Expense campaigns is a plus.

• Ability to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM, Monday to Friday).

• Goal-oriented team player.
