Front-salesperson

Description:

We are seeking a Front-Salesperson with expertise in ebooks and publishing to join our team. This role requires a confident, target-driven individual with exceptional customer service skills and a proven ability to generate leads, make cold calls, follow up, and close sales.

The first month will be a paid trial, with a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Generate leads and build strong customer relationships
✔ Make cold calls and follow up on potential clients
✔ Close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
✔ Provide accurate information on ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, publishing, audiobooks, and author websites
✔ Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
✔ Work as a team player to achieve company goals

Requirements:

✅ Excellent communication & rapport-building skills
✅ Confidence in customer interactions
✅ Proven sales track record in ebooks and publishing
✅ Punctual, disciplined, and composed under pressure
✅ Strong ethics and professionalism – no data leaks, no misleading sales

Job Timings:

⏰ 6 PM – 3 AM (Monday – Friday, Sat & Sun Off)
