Role and Responsibilities:
- Conducting cold outreach to prospective clients and presenting our range of services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with our internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Prior Experience Required: 1+ Years in International sales, particularly in a call center environment.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with the web, design, and development industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
