Front Desk Receptionist

 

Description:

Decent Group is seeking a well-presented and professional Receptionist to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact, you will ensure that all visitors and callers experience a welcoming and efficient service, while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks at the front desk.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist visitors as they arrive at the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide information about our projects
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and professional at all times

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly and professional attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
