Description:
MicZon LLP is looking for a Front Desk Officer to be the backbone of office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions, efficient team coordination, and professional guest handling. This role is perfect for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills who can multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting Management:
- Schedule and organize meetings for the CEO.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
Office Tasks:
- Address office-related issues to maintain seamless operations.
- Support employees by responding to their queries and concerns.
Suggestions & Complaints:
- Manage the suggestion and complaint box.
- Share relevant feedback with the respective teams for continuous improvement.
Guest Relations:
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
- Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and other guest requirements.
Team Coordination:
- Ensure effective communication between HR, Admin, Accounts, Public Relations (PRO), and Procurement teams.
General Support:
- Assist the executive team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office rules and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work under pressure.
