Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to oversee front desk operations and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication with visitors, clients, and team members while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:

    • Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping efficiently.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Operational Tasks:

    • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
    • Assist in administrative tasks, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Customer Service:

    • Foster positive interactions with clients and visitors to ensure an exceptional experience.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Experience:

    • 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or administrative roles.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
