Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients on a daily basis, handle client queries and solve problems for member.
  • Meeting and showing prospective clients the various features and benefits of Function.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential clients.
  • Active management of trainer and client schedules.
  • Handle all communication – including phone/text/whatsapp.
  • Cash and billing management and data entry.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure branch cleanliness and maintenance.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized university
  • 1 to 2 years experience in an operational role
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Positive and welcoming persona – you will be the first person our clients interact with when they visit!
