Front Desk Officer

 

Description:

EY Enterprise, in collaboration with GNZ Energy China, specializes in the distribution of high-quality inverters and Li-ion batteries. We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our valued customers and visitors at our showroom.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a positive, friendly attitude.

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.

- Provide basic information about the showroom, products, and services.

- Direct customers to the appropriate sales or technical staff.

- Handle appointment scheduling, visitor log management, and administrative support.

- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk environment.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

- Basic knowledge of inverters and Li-ion batteries (a plus, but not required).

- Proficiency in using phone systems, email, and office software.
