Front Desk Officer

 

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a professional office environment.

 

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.

- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.

- Provide basic information to visitors and callers about the company.

- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.

- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

 

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
