Description:

We're looking for a Branch Coordinator/Front Desk Officer with 1-2 years of experience. The candidate should be an independent and dynamic individual who can thrive in a team environment.

 

Job Description

To develop and implement an internal communications strategy, coordinating with the team to ensure the regular, timely, and relevant flow of information throughout the organization, to support improved employee engagement.

 

Job Specifications:

Update attendance daily

Maintain a record of daily petty cash used for office expense

Maintain walk-in client’s sheet

Documentation and maintenance of Real Estate deals

Update asset list

Maintain stock and branch utilities

Submit expense sheet to accounts

Maintain work reports daily

Welcoming Visitors to the Office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.

Answer Questions and address complaints.

Respond to all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.

Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.

Keep updated records and files.

Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements schedules etc.)
