Experience Needed:
- Excellent communication skills in English. (9/10)
- Must have experience within US healthcare.
- Responsible for managing patient calls (inbound and outbound), appointment scheduling, handling the fax inbox, processing new patient referrals, verifying insurance eligibility, responding to emails, managing tele-encounters, scanning patient documents for errors, and verifying copays.
- Direct experience with sleep studies, understanding sleep-related conditions, and familiarity with the related documentation processes (MUST HAVE)
- Experience in obtaining insurance prior authorizations for treatments, tests, and equipment, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.
- Responsible for verifying patients' insurance deductibles
