Freight Sales Executive
Freight Operations Executive
Courier Line Haul Manager
Sales Director

Job description as per the opening, is as follows:

1. Freight Sales Executive:

prospecting new accounts
understanding client shipping needs
creating solutions involving air/ocean transport
preparing quotes
coordinating with operational team
ensuring timely delivery per commitments


2. Freight Operations Executive:

planning and tracking the movement of goods domestically or internationally via air, rail, ship, or truck
procuring cost-efficient transport
preparing documentation
coordinating pickup and delivery
managing claims
solving any shipping issues for timely freight delivery


3. Courier Line Haul Manager

Track Line Haul metrics to monitor Network efficiency and enhance vendor performance to improve the customer experience.
team management for daily operations,
Handle route optimization along with load management
Continuous Improvement Management with vendors, development of SOPs
Analyze existing trucking versus required capacity
Contract management and contract compliance for existing and new routes.
Deploy Line Haul fleet allocation to routes/replacements
Vendor Relationship management & Vendor retention
Vehicle Planning on Volume Visibility
preparing Line Haul Roadmap for long term planning & execution


4. Sales Director

Identifying new market opportunities and trends
New Business Development
Overseeing a sales team
Sales training and development
Sales strategy development
Identifying customer needs
Database management
Set, forecast, and monitor sales goals


Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in relevant area of expertise.
Graduation/Masters in Supply Chain or related field.
Strong Communication skills
Ambitious and passionate about work
Flexibility in working hours
