We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Manager to drive the growth of our freight forwarding services. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their logistics needs.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with marketing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Pricing & Negotiation: Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts.
  • Operational Coordination: Work with logistics teams to ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience: 4 years in sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; knowledge of logistics and CRM systems.
