CrecenTech Systems is seeking a hands-on and results-driven BD Specialist – Freelance Services to spearhead our growth on freelance platforms. This role demands a "doer" mindset, where you will directly apply for jobs, close deals, and lead the freelance team to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Toptal, paired with a proven ability to secure projects, drive team performance, and meet targets in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Freelance Platform Management:
- Actively apply for jobs on freelance platforms and independently close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize company profiles across Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Toptal, and other platforms for maximum visibility.
- Stay updated on freelance platform policies, trends, and high-demand services to refine strategies.
- Sales and Deal Closure:
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from crafting proposals to negotiating terms and finalizing contracts.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets by leveraging expertise and proactive engagement with clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand client acquisition and retention.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor the freelance operations team, sharing best practices and techniques to improve their performance.
- Provide hands-on guidance to team members on job applications, proposal submissions, and client communications.
- Motivate the team to meet deadlines, exceed targets, and maintain a client-first approach.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues proactively.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a strong customer-first attitude while delivering quality solutions.
- Flexibility and Shift Adaptability:
- Work across dynamic schedules, alternating between USA and GCC time zones as required.
- Be available during off hours, weekends, and holidays to respond to leads and secure deals in real time.
- Performance Monitoring and Analytics:
- Analyze platform performance data to identify trends, measure success, and refine strategies.
- Track team performance and recommend process improvements for enhanced productivity.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in sales and business development, with a particular emphasis on managing freelance platform operations.
- Demonstrated success in applying for and winning high-value projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Toptal.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
- Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on, "doer" approach to achieving results.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, time zones, and work hours.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to solve challenges and deliver results independently.
