Freelance Pmo Analyst

Flexing It is a Freelance consulting marketplace that connects Freelancers and independent Consultants with organizations that are seeking independent talent.

Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading food & agriculture conglomerate, is looking to engage with a Consultant- PMO Analyst for a Remote 6 months project.

Key Deliverables:

1. Key Areas of Impact:

- Drive business readiness, business adoption, business value (solution pre-requisites, solution usage, solution benefits)

- Facilitate metrics and KPI’s visualization to actively promote new ways of working (Change Management), enable data driven decision making &; better leverage digital solutions;

2. Readiness initiatives:

- Highlight gaps/provide inputs to respective business stakeholders for SOP’s/process steps/guideline compliance

- Highlight gaps to BU teams for addressing data quality and management issues; - Work with multiple BU teams in charge of carrying out organizational readiness, training, communications, and change management for digital transformation activities/projects;

3. Solution roll-out assistance:

- Follow up & co-ordinate project milestone, deliverables across functional stakeholders;

- Identify areas of opportunity (bugs, fixes, add-ons) basis stakeholder feedback and reviews;

- Track solution adoption (users, feature, process and module wise).

4. Performance management communication:

- Set up process to regularly present KPI’s for BU stakeholders & operational team leads;

- Ramp up operational teams to interpret, adopt and leverage functional and BI solutions (training, cross leverage top users vs low adoption users, build champions,

incentivize/recognize users)

- Participate in review & governances to capture feedback on KPI’s and reports.

5. Key Stakeholder Interactions:

- Theme/Initiative owners for each Business unit

- Digital team

- IT team

- HR engagement team

Note: This is a 6 months remote project with full time capacity.

Skills Required

- High learnability and capability to interact with cross functional stakeholders across functions and levels;

- Data visualization- self-service tools experience- Power BI/Tableau etc.

- Excel and data analytics (R/Python, SQL);

- Project management methodology, customer centric approach and process mapping, understanding.
