Freelance Platform Bidder

Siznex is actively looking for a Project Bidder with hands-on experience in securing projects from leading freelancing platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, and similar sites. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective bidding, proposal writing, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
✅ Craft customized proposals tailored to specific client requirements to maximize conversions.
✅ Engage in client communication, understanding project needs, and closing deals successfully.
✅ Work closely with the technical team to ensure project feasibility before committing.
✅ Regularly update and maintain company profiles on various freelancing platforms.
✅ Focus on building long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
✅ Achieve or exceed monthly project acquisition targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Proven experience in winning projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
🔹 Strong command of English communication skills (both written & verbal).
🔹 Solid understanding of IT services, including:

• Web Development
• Mobile App Development
• WordPress, Laravel, Flutter
• Digital Marketing Services
  🔹 Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities.
  🔹 Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
✔️ Prior experience in IT sales or business development.
✔️ Familiarity with Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Toptal, and other similar platforms.
✔️ Understanding of pricing models, project estimations, and proposals tailored for global clients.

Compensation:
💰 Up to 70000 PKR (depending on skills and experience).
