• Taking meetings with international clients in English on zoom/google meets and discussing the new, current and on-going projects.
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Day to day dealing with customers.
• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.
• Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
• Experience with Quality project selection and bidding.
• Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure.
• Talking on the phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client.
• Experience in IT industry Sales background.
• Experience with interacting with clients in the US, UK and Canada (1 Year)
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
• Understand the customer’s requirement, discuss the prerequisites/requirements with the internal team
