Responsibilities

• Conduct research and identify potential bids to pursue.
• Develop pricing and proposal strategies for bids.
• Write and submit winning proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Manage communication with stakeholders during the bidding process.
• Ensure compliance with bid requirements and submission deadlines.
• Follow up with potential clients after the bid to maintain relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in bid management or related field.
• Strong understanding of the bid management process.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of successfully winning bids in a similar industry.
• Experience working with remote teams and managing multiple bids simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in the English language.
