Responsibilities

·      Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the number of pharmacy franchises.

·      Identify potential franchisees through various marketing channels and develop relationships with them.

·      Present the benefits of the franchise to potential franchisees and negotiate deals.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, ensuring their continued success.

·      Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.

·      Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential franchisees.

·      Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase sales.

·      Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful launch and ongoing operations of new franchise locations
