Food Technologist

Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science and technology, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and improve food products and processes.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and analyze product performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSC 22000 and Halal certifecations).
• Should have a good grip on maintaining documentation.
• Should be good at excel , words and ppt
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on product development progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g fssc 22000 and Halal certifecations).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
