Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Actively promote and sell beauty products to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Thoroughly understand the features, benefits, and usage of the beauty products.
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding product specifications, ingredients, and benefits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain how they meet customer needs.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback and follow up on any issues promptly.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
  • Gather insights on customer preferences and buying behaviour.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Fresh graduates with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates are also welcome.
