Flutter Developer

 

Description:

Five River Solutions (FRS) looking for specialized creative individual to join our team as a “Flutter Developer” for our gaming studio. The ideal candidate will have experience building high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and performant applications for both iOS and Android platforms, collaborating with designers and backend developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Application Development:

· Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

· Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.

· Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

· Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and back-end developers to define and refine application

requirements.

· Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

· Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverable.

 

Testing and Quality Assurance:

· Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure application stability and performance.

· Debug and resolve issues reported by users or identified during testing phases.

 

Code Review and Documentation:

· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.

· Document development processes, code, and application features to facilitate knowledge sharing and on boarding.

 

Continuous Improvement:

· Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter development and mobile technology.

· Propose and implement improvements to development processes and application features.

 

Requirements:

 

Technical Skills:

 

· Fluttter Development: Proficiency in buliding & optimizing flutter apps.

· Mapbox SDK: Experience integrating & customizing mapbox in flutter.

· Performance Optimization: Ability to reduce CPU/GPU load & manage device heating.

· GPS & Location Services : Efficient handling of GPS data & location tracking.

 

· Proven experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

· Strong understanding of mobile development principles, including responsive design and performance

optimization.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.

· Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc is a plus.

· Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

 

Experience:

· 2+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a focus on Flutter.

· Experience with both iOS and Android development and understanding of platform-specific guidelines.

 

Education:

· Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
