We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative(Crypto and fintech) with expertise in cryptocurrency and fintech. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the crypto/fintech landscape, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide expert guidance and support on cryptocurrency and fintech-related queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
- Document and report customer feedback and common issues to help improve our services and products.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate our global customer base.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in Customer Service within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and fintech products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week and flexible hours aligned with US time zones.
