Description:
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the restaurant floor
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train floor staff, including servers and hosts/hostesses
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
