Job Description
• Department performance check on regular basis to ensure smooth operations
including indepth check of departments and operational process.
• Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all concern for management
team and working staff.
• Ensure quality customer service by processing customer complaints, comments
and feedback.
-Specified product knowledge related to Non Food product line.
• Maintain market awareness and perform competitor analysis, introduce new and
innovative promotional activities in accordance to latest product line.
Requirement:
• Graduation
• 3 to 4 years of experience in retail industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team
