Description:

Supportive Hand is seeking a financial systems expert to design a Shariah-compliant microloan operational and profitability framework for a one-time project. This innovative project requires a strategic thinker with strong financial modeling skills, capable of building a smart, ethical, and service-fee-based lending system — free of interest and traditional lending mechanics.

The microloan model will focus on PKR 10,000–20,000 disbursements, aiming to generate PKR 1,500–2,000 in profit per loan, while being scalable, compliant with Islamic principles, and sustainable.

Key Deliverables:

• Full mapping of a Shariah-compliant microloan structure

• Documentation of a service-fee-based profitability model

• Feasibility report covering risk buffers (Takaful-style optional) and recovery mechanisms

• A profit/loss forecast with repayment cycles and business growth projections

• Final delivery of a comprehensive, ready-to-implement system blueprint

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced financial modeler, cost analyst, or microfinance consultant

• Deep understanding of Islamic finance (preferred)

• Proven ability to design implementable frameworks with clear documentation

• Strong attention to detail and clarity in presenting financial processes
