Prudential Business Services is seeking a highly skilled Financial Presentation Specialist with a strong background in investment banking, management consulting, and corporate finance. The ideal candidate must have an expert-level ability in developing high-impact PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex financial data, strategic insights, and investment narratives to C-level executives, investors, and clients.
The candidate should possess at least five to seven years of experience in finance, investment banking, or consulting with a deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and data visualization. Strong PowerPoint proficiency and the ability to interpret and present financial analysis clearly are essential, along with transforming raw data into visually compelling, boardroom-ready presentations.
The role demands a high degree of accuracy, strict confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate must excel at synthesizing complex financial concepts into concise, visually engaging materials that align with corporate branding and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and format high-level PowerPoint presentations tailored for C-level executives, investors, and clients.
- Convert complex financial data and Excel models into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- Interpret and execute client requests based on brief voice notes, text messages, and minimal instructions.
- Work under tight deadlines with fast turnaround while ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to non-disclosure policies when handling sensitive business information.
- Align presentations with corporate branding, industry standards, and best design practices.
- Collaborate effectively with investment bankers, consultants, and senior executives.
- Identify potential confidentiality risks and ensure compliance with privacy and security guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher (MBA, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred).
- 5+ years of experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations for management consulting firms and investment banks.
- Strong finance and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Proven ability to understand high-level business and financial concepts and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a zero-tolerance approach to errors in confidential materials.
- Ability to work efficiently under high pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining 100% accuracy.
- Experience working with sensitive financial data while adhering strictly to confidentiality standards.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and execute instructions from brief messages.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience with consulting firms, investment banks, or high-stakes financial environments.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with pitch decks, investment proposals, and M&A presentations.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively improve deliverables.
- Experience with additional design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Tableau, or Think-Cell is a plus.
