Flexing It has partnered with Our Client is a flow-based coding app which focuses on visual representations of algorithms and are looking for a venture capital due diligence specialist and want to support them with the following :-

Key Responsibilities:

Due Diligence Execution:

o Conduct comprehensive Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and Financial Due Diligence (FDD) for startups across various sectors and stages from Seed to Series D.

o Analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, business models, financial health, and growth potential of target companies.

Deal Qualification and Curation:

o Assess the feasibility and viability of investment opportunities based on thorough research and

analysis.

o Provide actionable insights to the investment committee to aid in decision-making.

Collaboration with Investment Team:

o Work closely with the investment team to refine investment strategies and identify opportunities aligned with the firm’s thesis.

o Support portfolio companies by identifying areas for improvement during post-investment

monitoring.

Stakeholder Engagement:

o Partner with founders and key stakeholders to gather essential data and validate findings during the diligence process.

o Act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment between the firm’s objectives and the startup’s growth trajectory.

Market and Sector Analysis:

o Stay informed on market trends, emerging sectors, and evolving business models in Asia, the Middle East, and SE Asia.

o Provide strategic recommendations to refine the firm’s investment focus and priorities.

Skills Required

- Up to 7 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or a related field with a focus on due diligence.

- Proven expertise in conducting and leading Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and Financial Due Diligence (FDD).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights.

- Deep understanding of startup ecosystems and venture capital dynamics in Asia, the Middle East, and SE Asia.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with founders, investors, and internal teams.

- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
