Financial Analyst

Description:

K Partners, in partnership with Global Partner Circl8, provides integrated ESG strategy, carbon management, and green-finance solutions across Pakistan and beyond. The company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their ESG advisory team. The role involves building financial models, creating pricing frameworks, and conducting financial analyses to help translate sustainability strategies into clear business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models for pricing frameworks, budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses.

• Aggregate ESG metrics (e.g., carbon inventories, energy use) and benchmark global regulations (CSRD, CBAM, TCFD).

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide pricing recommendations for proposals and RFPs.

• Produce monthly dashboards and variance reports for project performance and key financial insights.

• Collaborate with technical, legal, and software teams to integrate financial analyses into client deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, OR ACCA (with ESG modules), OR Master’s in Financial Management/Data Analytics.

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or consulting (preferred but not essential).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Basic understanding of ESG principles and sustainability sector knowledge (carbon accounting, green-finance instruments, global frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear recommendations.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
