Description:
As a Finance Analyst at Loop, you'll be at the forefront of financial management, overseeing payroll, ledger operations, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for numbers, and the ability to manage financial tasks independently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees.
- Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, recording financial transactions promptly and accurately.
- Administer employee health insurance plans and address related queries with care.
- Ensure tax compliance by staying updated on regulatory changes and filing tax returns.
- Keep financial records organized and up-to-date, preparing and analyzing financial statements for management review.
- Conduct aging analysis of receivables and payables to facilitate effective cash flow management.
- Oversee audit documentation and reviews to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management.
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA Finance/ICAP part qualified/ACCA Qualified
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a similar role, with demonstrated ability to manage finance tasks independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in IFRS
- Previous experience in a start-up environment is advantageous
