Financial Analyst

Description:

• Handling of AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, and cash management for real estate business.
• Conducting and documenting moderately complex financial analysis projects performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
• Responsible for preparation and analysis of financial reports, trends, and opportunities.
• Gathers, interprets, and evaluates financial information.
• Increases productivity by developing automated accounting/construction accounting applications and coordinating information requirements.
• Excellence and accuracy should not be detoured.
• Accuracy in reporting and meeting deadlines.
• Finance Analyst will directly report to Team Lead/Manager.
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly Team meetings.
