Abacus Outsourcing is seeking talented individuals to join its Finance Team for a dynamic, high-impact project with a prestigious client in the automotive industry. Be a part of the transformation driving innovative digital solutions in car rental and subscription services!


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage vendor communication and AP reconciliation.
  2. Analyze fleet usage history and compare it with supplier data.
  3. Prepare AR with supporting documents.
  4. Reconcile bank statements and transitory accounts.
  5. Perform monthly closing processes and prepare accruals.
  6. Compile balance sheets, P&L statements, and variance reports.
  7. Support the Accounting & Finance Manager in daily operations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Strong accounting knowledge with 3–5 years of experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of VBA, SQL, or Python is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with a C1 English proficiency level.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
