About The Role

A highly detail oriented position where you will be involved in finance, operations, systems, and strategy. All of this will be in a high growth tech environment. You will be interfacing with both internal and external partners and handle existing processes as well as fringe questions. Candidates will need to be patient, flexible, curious, and ready for intellectual growth. There simply aren't that many jobs exposing you to cross functional best practices in a company going places. The job is critical to executing the primary strategic foray at Motive.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with internal partners to process deals.
  • Work with external lending partners to provide the necessary information & documentation.
  • Develop the necessary documents per deal to ensure order management & lending partners have the requisite materials they need to process the deal.
  • Communicate internally & externally on strategy, process explanation, and financial information relevant to the deal.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years previous consulting, financial analysis, sales operations, order management and/or pricing background preferred or working for a direct lender in a similar capacity is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, communications, & data analysis skills.
  • Self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to foster & maintain strong partnering relationships with sales and internal departments.
  • Ability to multi-task to tackle large volumes of deal requests.
  • Experience in Salesforce and Google Suite is a plus.
