Finance Officer

 

Description:

Develop and manage the organization’s financial strategy.

Create and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Collaborate with leadership to support business goals.

Identify and mitigate financial risks effectively.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

At least 2 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.

Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.

Strong knowledge of financial tools and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
