Finance Manager

 

Description:

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient financial planning, and compliance with regulatory standards.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management principles.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Financial Planning and Analysis:

 

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans.

Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations.

Accounting and Reporting:

 

Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

Liaise with external auditors and coordinate audit processes.

Cash Flow Management:

 

Monitor cash flow and manage cash reserves.

Optimize the company’s liquidity position.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.

Compliance and Risk Management:

 

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Implement and monitor internal controls.

Identify and manage financial risks.

Team Leadership:

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

Proficiency in financial software and tools
