Finance Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager; responsible for overseeing all facets of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparations, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

-Supervise overall finance ops on day to day activities

-Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices

-Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management

-Monitor and analyze financial results, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance

-Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial targets

-Manage cash flow by overseeing invoicing, collections, and payments

-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards

-Proactively involve in financial system development, implementation and optimization of technologies

-Development of various SOPs and controls in various functions within the finance to ensure uninterrupted services to all the stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

-A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in finance (preferably in Insurance industry)

-Qualification: ACCA or ACMA is a plus

-Thorough knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices

-Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS office, BI tools, etc.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
